So here I am out about 85 bucks with no useable product. I ended up contacting my credit card company and had two of the three subscription charges reversed, The problem is I can no longer use the subscription I paid for because I do not have the initialization code to activate it. I left three messages about one week apart and have not received a single reply. I was able to find a site where I could send them a message about this problem. There is no way to communicate with their customer service, so I am guessing that Malware Bytes does not have one. To make a long story short I tried to add a second license and ended up being charged for three new subscriptions for my machine and no extra license. The user interface for doing so is poorly written and not easily understandable.

I wanted to add a license for my wife's computer. I had a working Malware Bytes subscription.
